I bought these because I ran out of Curology patches that I got with the free trial. These work similarly; you’ll need one or two patches to fully get rid of the pimple— it depends on how large & inflamed it is. Even if you need two the first patch will still a do a good job of draining most the gross fluid out.
I like that these are more translucent/transparent than some other brands I’ve seen. They’re not obnoxious looking if you’re wearing one or two in the daytime.
The adhesion has been great so far. I’ve tried it on bare and moisturized skin and either way it holds up. Once it’s been stuck in place for a few minutes you can apply a moisturizer on your face OVER the patches without them slipping off. Just use a gentle touch.
There’s probably cheaper pimple patches from smaller brands but $4.49 (before tax) is definitely a reasonable cost for 30 patches So I gave it 4 stars for value for money.
My only qualm is that the small size pimple patches could stand to be at least slightly bigger. Only new closed comedones that are just forming are that small (typically). Otherwise I’m satisfied with this purchase.

They work like a team to eliminate acne and prevent scars entirely. Using these two products together is the magic formula. The patches cover the acne while the Kojic Acid soap applied as a serum on the acne immediately cleans up any minor redness or leftover discoloration. The retinol in the formula quickly dries up the acne. My skin is completely clear, smooth, and even-toned. I highly recommend buying both. I have also noticed that using the kojic acid and retinol combo soap by itself as a target serum on acne without the patch also helps clear up the acne in about 3 days without leaving any traces. I am pleasantly surprised at the easy 1 step, very affordable solution.

I’ve tried quite a few pimple patches, and these are the ones I keep coming back to. They’re easy to use, stay on well, and do a good job helping with those annoying spots that seem to show up at the worst times.
For me, they work best when I put one on as soon as I notice a blemish starting. By the next morning, it’s usually less noticeable and looks much calmer. I also like that the patch helps keep me from touching or picking at the area.
The patches are thin and blend in reasonably well, so they’re not overly noticeable. They stay put through the night and peel off easily in the morning without irritating the skin.
What I appreciate most is that they’re simple. No strong smell, no mess, and no complicated routine. Just stick one on and let it do its thing.
Overall, these have earned a permanent spot in the bathroom cabinet. They’re convenient, effective, and one of those products I’m always glad to have on hand.

These are magic! I wish they had these when I was growing up. I was very skeptical but they are very effective at absorbing the pimple gunk so your tweens and teens can avoid squeezing the problem areas and avoid potentially making acne worse. They are very easy to use, just clean the area and put the patch on like a sticker and by morning it has pulled out all the gross stuff without irritating your skin. You can wear them during the day too my child just prefers to use them in the evenings.

These Mighty Patch hydrocolloid patches have become a permanent fixture in my medicine cabinet, and after going through several boxes, I can say the hype is deserved. You stick one on a whitehead or surfaced pimple before bed, and by morning it’s visibly flatter. The patch pulls out gunk and oil overnight and turns into a small white bump you can just peel off, which is oddly satisfying and a huge improvement over picking or popping. They stay put through sleep without curling at the edges, they’re thin enough to be nearly invisible under the right lighting, and a single 36-count box lasts a long time since you only need one per blemish.
